The Business Solution Design Phase is focused on SaaS Accelerator’s approach to ensure the usability of our client’s business solutions by engaging end-users throughout the lifecycle of a project at key points designed to maximize the effectiveness of their use of the solution.

During the Functional Design phase of our E-Commerce solutions, the focus is designing the storefront web pages and views needed to implement the functionality required by the merchandising strategy of our clients. These user interface designs are prepared as wire frames, and then iteratively reviewed and revised with subject matter experts, end-user representatives, and business thought leaders until they accurately support functional requirements and meet previously established customer usability requirements.

Measuring Success SaaS Accelerator will put a structure in place to help our client’s measure the success of its solution efforts by four major quantifiable criteria:
